Single layered glass
The image is printed and attached to the back of the crystal. The crystal plates are going into the oven and are baked at 650 °. After one night, when the photo is burnt into the glass, the plate is prepared for a second baking cycle. A white foil is placed behind the photo and it goes back into the oven. The white foil ensures a natural brightness to the colours. We give 15 / ~ 20 years warranty on 100% color preservation.
Finish
Single glass, protected or not with a plexi plate on the back. Chiseled glass, whether or not protected with a plexi plate on the back. If you have other proposals yourself, do not hesitate to submit them.
Durability
“Ceramic powders are also used for baking your photo on crystal glass. Ceramic powders (or toners) are resistant to very high firing temperatures. “
Double glass
The photo is baked at high temperatures. Here too a second white foil is inserted the glass burned. Later the second glass plate is attached to the back, vacuum pulled and baked again, so that the whole melts together.
We give 10 / ~12 jaar warranty on 100% color retention.
Finish
Double glazing, two glass plates with the photo ingrained in between. If you yourself are different proposals, do not hesitate to submit them.
